Manchester Little League 2025 Spring Baseball Registration Information
Here are the complete registration details that supplement our flyer’s highlights, which has limited space.
Eligibility:
BOYS and GIRLS AGES 4-16 who live in Manchester, Lakehurst, Whiting, and Lakewood, are eligible. If you turn 4 by August 31, 2025, you can begin playing Little League this spring. If you are age 4-16 by August 31, 2025, you are eligible. If you were born before September 1, 2008, you are ineligible.
League Age and Fees:
Your league age determines your division of play. League age is determined by how old you will be on August 31, 2024:
ALL registrants EXCEPT league age 16’s will register under our “MLL 2025 Spring Baseball” program.
League age 16’s will register under our “AGE 16 Senior 2025 MLL Baseball” program.
1. Tee Ball - Players who are league age 4-6, $150; includes 2, $25.00 pick 3 fundraiser tickets; keep or sell them to friends or relatives (if you sell them, you keep the money which reduces your fee!)
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT if you REGISTER BY Jan. 6, 2025 - save $10.00
(ages 5 or 6 with 1-year experience can choose to register in the Coach Pitch division)
2. Coach Pitch - Players who are league age 5-8, $275; includes 3, $25.00 pick 3 fundraiser tickets; keep or sell them to friends or relatives (if you sell them, you keep the money which reduces your fee!)
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT if you REGISTER BY Jan. 6, 2025 - save $20.00
(ages 7 or 8 with Coach Pitch experience can choose to register in the Minors division)
3. Minors - Players who are league age 7-11, $325; includes 3, $25.00 pick 3 fundraiser tickets; keep or sell them to friends or relatives (if you sell them, you keep the money which reduces your fee!)
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT if you REGISTER BY Jan. 6, 2025 - save $25.00
(ages 10 & 11 are trying out for the Major division; an advanced 9 may request to try out for Majors)
4. Majors - Players who are league age 9*-12, $325; includes 3, $25.00 pick 3 fundraiser tickets; keep or sell them to friends or relatives (if you sell them, you keep the money which reduces your fee!)
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT if you REGISTER BY Jan. 6, 2025 - save $25.00
(*9's who requested to try out AND were selected by a Major league team).
5. Seniors – Players’ league age 13-16. (NO Junior division!) We have 2 separate programs and price plans.
A. Seniorsleague age 16 only (Birthdates 9/1/2008 – 8/31/2009) will register under our “AGE 16 Senior 2025 MLL Baseball” program. Special $75 Price for their last year of Little League eligibility! (fee includes 3, $25.00 pick 3 fundraiser tickets; sell them, keep the money, reduces your fee, possibly to $0!).
NO OTHER DISCOUNTS (early bird, family cap, pick 3 limit) WILL BE APPLIED as this program has a significant discount price!
B. Seniors league age 13-15 will register under our MLL 2025 SPRING BASEBALL program; $325; includes 3, $25.00 pick 3 fundraiser tickets; keep or sell them to friends or relatives (if you sell them, you keep the money which reduces your fee!)

Other added fees:
Credit Card Processing Fees: The typical credit card processing fee, about 2.8%.
Stack Sports' $3 service charge per transaction. If you pay in full, there is only one $3 charge. However, if you use the installment plan, you incur this $3 charge monthly.
DISCOUNTS only for MLL 2025 Spring Baseball program:
(not applicable with AGE 16 Senior 2025 MLL Baseball program which already has a significant discount price for age 16’s final season of Little League eligibility):
1. 2nd child discount: automatically applied = minus $100.00
2. Family Cap: Family discounts will automatically be applied when registering 3 or more children so that a family at most gets 6 Pick 3 fundraiser tickets, and total fees do not exceed $550 per family, EXCLUDING transaction fees and credit card processing fees.
Payment Options:
At checkout, you will have the option to pay with Visa or Mastercard either in full or using the convenient installment plan. If you pay in full, there is only one $3 service charge. However, if you use the installment plan, you incur this $3 charge monthly. After the required minimum payment at registration, the remaining payments are spread out from the time you register through August 1, 2025. There is no installment plan for AGE 16 Senior 2025 MLL Baseball program.
You may also pay by check or cash with no money due at check out. Unlike credit card users, there is no installment plan option and you do not pay any credit card processing fees. However, you still pay Stack Sports' $3 transaction fee as shown on your invoice, AND ALL cash and check registrants must be paid in full by February 23, 2025.
Unpaid registrants in a try-out division may have their registrations canceled!!!
We have scheduled three in person registration dates:
Saturday, January 11, 2025 @ 8-10 AM.
Saturday, January 25, 2025 @ 8-10 AM.
Saturday, February 15, 2025 @ 8-10 AM.
We accept payments from those who chose to pay by cash or check when registering online; answer questions for anyone new to MLL; help anyone who has encountered problems with the online registration program; etc.
TRYOUTS:
All registrants are assigned to a team but Minor, Major and Senior Division Players, must try out since a draft system determines team placement. Tryouts are tentatively scheduled for Saturday February 22, 2025. Players will be notified about a week before the tryout date for the exact date and time of their tryout.
TBall and Coach Pitch, do not try out and will be notified of team assignment by February 23, 2025.
REFUND POLICY for AGE 16 Senior 2025 MLL Baseball program only:
1. BEFORE TRYOUTS: A full refund of all registration fees to anyone who wishes to withdraw.
2. AFTER TRYOUTS: $0 refund (tryouts and draft, affects the integrity of the draft; you own pick 3 tickets).
REFUND POLICY REFUND POLICY for MLL 2025 Spring Baseball program:
1. BEFORE TRYOUTS: A full refund of all registration fees to anyone who wishes to withdraw.
2. AFTER TRYOUTS and BEFORE OPENING DAY: (usually all of March, and league expenses towards opening day have occurred):
Tball : $75.00; if Pick 3 tickets were not picked up, add $50. Maximum refund of the original $150 is $125
Coach Pitch: $75; NOTE: if the uniform was not ordered, add $45; if Pick 3 tickets were not picked up, add $75. Maximum refund of the original $275 could be $195.
Minor, Major, Seniors (13,14,15): $55.00; (tryouts and being drafted, affects the integrity of the draft process). (NOTE: if the uniform was not ordered, add $45; if Pick 3 tickets were not picked up, add $75. Maximum refund of the original $325 could be $175
3. AFTER OPENING DAY, but before May 1: All Divisions: Only $50, as most expenses have been incurred!
4. AFTER MAY 1: Zero refunds
